there is a stigma with tatoo artists and collectors about non tattooing folk owning shops, the non tattoing folk just dont know enough about the industry to properly operate a tatoo shop and handle tattoo artists and clients who are a unique breed……………….even a collector like myself is an outsider

No doubt you probably have choosen an artist whose specialty and personal tastes are not on this same line. It happens, this is a difficult thing to judge, an artist says they want to do the piece, but arent really into it or his skills are lacking in this area.
