The spiderweb on the elbow is so common nowadays in America that I doubt it really means that anymore. A marine in one of my college classes has one and he sure as hell hasn’t been in prison. If a person were running for President in my country with exposed tats I’d really be biased against him. I think the rest of the U.S. would be too. Our country is very conservative.
