heyyy give a real tattoo artist some extra business in the future when he gets a COVER UP…….rolls eyes..even if it DONT stretch, at 16 your into things that once your older, you will wonder why in the hell you ever thought it was cool…theres alot of mental difference in 16 to 18 and even from 18 to 21 and from 21 till older….your life is going to change, your thoughts are as well…im in my early 30’s and ive gotten the bulk of my tattoos with in the past couple of years bc i KNEW that life was going to be different…jobs that allow things, life experiences…ect..if you cant wait till 21 at LEAST wait till 18…get something pierced instead…. at least that you can take out….

Help! im getting “You Only Live Once’ tattooed on me tomorrow in Irish Gaelic form my wrist all the way down to my hip and its going to be huge i just dont know the proper grammaer/translation for it as every website is different and i dont want the wrong words. its going in a straight line so please add all the commas or dashes whatever is needed

i dont understand how your going to stretch it out that much….and unless your walking around shirtless all the time your not going to have the whole thing showing and you know every one is going to want to see it…. are you goi4ng to have a friend fallow you around with 70’s porn music so they can hit the play button everytime someone wants to see the tattoo and you have to once again strip to show them?

like others have said..it really depends on the person…i have tattoos on my feet, my whole back, and both my wrists….the ONLY thing that hurt was the one on my left foot and thats bc of nerve damage i have from a car wreck i was in years ago… there were spots on one of my back pieces that didnt feel GREAT…but it was also my first tattoo and i hadnt really learned how to breath through it…

it was either Kat von D, before her head got all big and she forgot that she was a human being not a “super star”, back when she was just a guest tattooist on the show or chris Garver…..those are the only 2 that really DO portraits..Ami HATES them and i dont think ive ever seen darren brass or nunez do one…. check out netflix…its got all the seasons and episondes on there of miami ink….

yea…definatly scratcher work…..ive never heard of them using 2 diffrent inks for black fill in and liner..ive always gotten the same black period….but being as though i have tattoos from a scratcher ( love ya brother, but you are…) you can kindda tell…ina real tattoo the coloring is uniform, you cant tell where the circles of filling have over lapped and there will NOT be that much uncolored “holidays” in the work, expecially if its supposed to be solid black….but you get what you pay for…. once it heals it wont be SO bad…but youll definatly want to go to a shop to get it filled in and fixed.

see this is MY thing…(btw im new here, hi I’m Star..lol ) im not a tattoo artist….yet….however i am an artist and have been for as long as i can remember….it p*sses me off when i see paintings done by an ELEPHANT sell for THOUSANDS, while there are “starving artists” out there just trying to make a living doing what they love….if ANYTHING to me tattooing is more of an art form, then much of anything that some people consider “art” today… and the collectors are more dedicated then ANYONE… i mean look at it like this, you buy a Salvador Dali, or an Andy Warhol and eventually you get tired of it, or you want to sell it for what ever the going rate is…and then its gone..someone getting a tattoo is saying i love your stuff SO much, i want to DIE with it..i want to carry it WITH me..i dont want it as something to put on the wall for a select few to see, i want it for everyone to see, or for those that get them more hidden, its something THEY want to see every day, for the rest of their lives…though, as mentioned before, i dont tattoo yet, ive drawn MANY pieces for people and sat there and watched as they got MY artwork put on their body. its aww inspiring. as well as the fact that the tattoo MEANS something to the person getting it done. it represents something to them, its not only art, but a story, and the artist that does it has a journey, YEARS and YEARS of a journey, theyre always changing always evolving and theyre working in a medium that, as stated before, is centuries upon centuries old…i mean heck even the machines that many of them use are beautiful pieces of art, custom made for them..i have seen some of the most awsome machines in the hands of artists that are just as amazing as the tattoos they create. tattooing is not only an art form, but an ELITE art form, one that takes more dedication than many other art forms…and its not easy to get into the actual world of apprenticeship..not only do you have to find an artist that is true to the art ( ive had 2 that were simply glorified scratchers, and one that was litterally doing lines and drinking with in the first hour of my meeting him and him trying to teach me things…riiiiight)…..but you also have to convince the artist to teach you something that they themselves busted their BALLS to get (and the females has to even grow a pair before they were able to get busted..lol) so yea..in short, i gueeeeess you could consider it an art form..lololol
