I think the only thing you can do is to laser that thing away and get a new (and good) one in it’s stead. Anything you add to that mess is going to make it look ten times worse.

Not entirely sure how, but each smiley was a link to a separate server. It was very big (took a long time to load), so perhaps only displaying it somehow creates ad-revenue or something.

To add to what Wardy said, your Tattoo Artist is the one that should do all the sketching. Talk to him about what you want him to design on you, and he’ll do it. If he can’t, you really don’t want him tattooing you.
