dont cover it with film for starters. and when yousay nappy rash cream are you using bepanthen?

that has been recoemmended over and over again for quick healing.

keep ti clean moisutrised and do not cover it

i foudn out the other day it also stops you from being able to have an epidural when you give birth.

so if you ever wanna have a kid you might want to think twice about doing lower back first.
