I would say yes if they have a professional non tattooing manager. If they don’t and you are dealing with the owner/artist then no.

I’m sorry but if it were me I sure wouldn’t get tattooed by him. I really don’t understand this thing were people think they need to have loyalty or a relationship with a tattooist. Be friendly yes but your hiring them to do work for you thats it.

Agreed Arni. I live 10 minutes to the salt water 2 minutes to the river and 30 minutes to the mountains.
