Thank you! I appreciate the ideas so far. I was thinking of something that would relate more to the current piece, but not more stars (I already have plenty ;)). This is an age old tradition in a lot companies. However, there are more and more doing away with that policy simply because it is out dated and tattoos are more and more popular.
