Hi Arni
Always follow the simple rule – never borrow unless it is a necessity.
I would seriously avoid a loan for a tattoo and just keep saving. You are young and plenty of time no sense in getting into debt over ink.

Hi
Looking at what the artist had to cover up he or she has done a storming job on it.
My suggestions are just that and do not take away from the fact it is a great tattoo.Take Care

So there are 3 of you?
That means 3x the amount in taste variation.
The things we would need to know are:
Colour or black n shade?
Genre: Fantasy, Text, Religious, Bio-Mech, Text, Portrait, Tribal etc
How big small initials to full back piece?
Anything you all have in common or particularly love?
Anything you all hate (it cuts the list…[Read more]

Hi Arni
There are some Norse legends about Ice Wyrms but they have become pretty mainstream in much of the fantasy genre.

Hi
Overall nice coverup. I like it.
Constructive Criticism
What I would do though is first of all sharpen the shading lines around the stated area and generally throughout the tattoo. (The cabling/bone segments seems little lost at the top of your arm)
Some of the details are lost in the heavy shade – it is not a big job.
I would also cap…[Read more]

Hi Bennpam
To be honest you need to make sure that the tattoo is not getting swamped when you put on the neosporin because that stuff is strong enough to disolve scabs.
I would advise washing it let it dry place an ice pack on for 15-20 mins
Then let it dry again and apply a covering of anti-septic which is jut enough to cover the…[Read more]

Hi
I have responded to your other thread.
There are hundreds of tribal and Polynesian style face and lizards on google images.
I would suggest taking a few and have the artist sketch something up ahead of time. You will likely need to pay a deposit – my artist spent 20 hours drawing and re-drawing my backpiece so if I had failed to show for it…[Read more]

Hi
First of all using waxing products on a tattoo will wreck the tattoo prematurely – it takes off a good couple layers of skin as well as ripping the hair out by the roots.
You would need to cut deep to damage the tattoo as the ink is held in the lower dermis so normal shaving (once it has fully healed) is not usually a problem.
The tattoo is…[Read more]

Hi
I would recommend that you test the hole first because the bigger you go the more chance you have of tearing the tissue.
The lobes are quite elastic but like everything they have limits and if you tear them it will require sewing back up.
I saw this happen on a colleague who skipped 2 gauges (no idea what possessed them to do that) anyhow…[Read more]
