The elbow point is similar to most other areas with a couple of exceptions.
The elbow can actually shed skin at a faster rate as it is a ‘contact point’ that is likely to be rubbed more than other points n the body.

The idea concept is fine and any professional artist will be able to shape it better you just need to be able to relate the design to them.

My advice is to have the barb wire slightly more slender so that it can flow through O of non and maybe wrap a little around the edges of the letters before twisting away across your arm.

If placed and shaded properly i think it would make an excellent addition to your tattoo.

I would if you can stand the sitting get it all done as one piece as that way the artist can get it shaped up nicely and add the wings at the same sitting.
