Oh, and you are being teased
No I don’t know anything about boxing, I learned to fight when I was in gangs and riding motorcycles with Bandits, but I learned that the object is to hit and not be hit…unfortunately you always end up getting hit, so those who can’t take the pain quit boxing, those who can take the pain and keep on fighting should…[Read more]

KH, Sherav, you two are something else!!!:D
Tattoos hurt. All of them! No matter where you get them, but you can do it. I tattooed a 120 lb. Mexican for 13 hours and he didn’t say a word. did an entire back piece on him with only 2 30 minute breaks and 2 ten minute breaks.
Listen to Outlaw. Eat hearty before the tattoo, carb up, and bring…[Read more]

Ahhh…and… who was it that took offense…is that the right word?…to me comment on the lack of photos?
I guess for me its like this. This is a tattooing and body piercing site. There are people who come to the site and they have neither, but are interested in getting one or both. That’s okay. I understand…[Read more]

Knighthawk,
I hope you make it. You’ve got the attitude to follow through, and maybe that is just the way here in Texas, hell if you can get paid for it, go for it. If you were in Texas I might just put you to work…but youo aren’t, and I couldn’t pay you if you were.I plan to open another studio within the next five years and my next studio…[Read more]

Arni, We can do straight lines. If we’re experienced, and yes the guitar will be fine, HOWEVER, in most tattoos of guitars, the strings aren’t there. They simply don’t translate and are too small, you’d never notice if I hadn’t toldja.

Hey, Coolbreeze,
As Outlaw said a tattoo takes 4-6 weeks to completely heal, regardless of how it looks. It might not look like its still healing but it is. Your body heals from the outside in. First it seals the wound, then you grow new skin over the wound. This new skin is usually shiny and sometimes puckered, it is usually but not always…[Read more]

No, Cody it isn’t allowed.
Here’s the deal. If you apprentice as a tattooist, your mentor will teach you what power supply to use. But if you can’t get that information because you are not an apprentice, then you will come to a forum like this and try to get it here so you can get on ebay and buy what seems to be the most common and well used…[Read more]

replied to the topic Will black ink stay black or go green overtime? in the forum General Tattoo Discussion 16 years, 7 months ago
Knighthawk is actually right. A lot of it has to do with the quality of the ink. No matter what you do the tattoo is not going to look like it did the day it was done. This may not be exactly correct, but when you see the tattoo when it is just finished, everything is bright and bold. You are actually looking at a fresh and open wound. So in…[Read more]
