Thanks guys, problem is.. That was suppose to be my last appointment. Looks like im gonna be going in for a redo.. :/
I’ll upload a picture in a few days to see how it is so you guys can tell me if it’s suppose to be like this.

Thank you all btw <3

Post another photo up with better lighting. I think you’re being melodramatic here. You don’t need your tattoo “redone”.

relax dude. you haven’t messed up anything yet. If you’re still paranoid come your next appointment just voice your concerns to your artist.

Wait until you get to some of the more tender areas. Outside of the arm, that’s about a 2 on the tattoo pain scale. When you get to the ditch … then you can say that it hurt and I’ll believe you.

Curious about this pain scale. Where do the stomach and ribs lie on this scale.

a couple of other questions for septum.

How long does the piercing have before it changes in size if you take the jewelry out?
How the hell does having a runny nose work? Does snot and stuff get stuck behind it?

Hey dude. I’m new too. you got balls going straight for a sleeve imo. I couldn’t do that unless I cemented a plan for my arms/let alone my whole body first.

What kinda stuff you like? Have a dragon wind around your arm to meet this koi fish. On this dragon is a neptune-style fish with Crown and Trident. The vicious hunter – his mouth gaped open like a carp. Also I don’t think you should try to keep the red-look you get from a fresh tattoo. It’ll just look bruised in the end. good luck.

There are many artists who specialise in this type of work 🙂

Wow.. Damien is so on point.

I love the list – I’ve now bookmarked all the Australian Artists. I don’t see any showing off dotwork in particular. Does an artist use different tools/needles?

nice discussion. I’m going throw out a few examples in this post.

Busy sleeve 1 – I don’t think anything special of this. It just seems bland to me.

Busy sleeve 2 – This is kinda cool. I dig it. There is a lot going on though.

This sleeve is 3/4 and is taken up by only one Subject. The red panda stretches the whole tattoo. I’m curious about a single subject taking up the whole arm. It’s a completely different effect.

Finally this is saved as one of my favourite sleeves. Just goddam sexy

Let’s take it to the other end of the extreme. While no longer being what I would call a sleeve – Arm pieces which are mostly negative space and can be described as minimalist. Are these a “waste” of space? You give up the chance to get a sleeve.

I dunno. My bed socks have names.

When someone asks, I just say its a mushroom-octopus hybrid thing. Hank works.

I always thought naval piercings were hit-and-miss with healing time. I know a friend who had hers take 12-14 months to finally heal.
