With my artist, he usually has me keep it wrapped for a few hours and then unwrap it and clean it up really well. Then after it has fully dried I usually start applying a thin layer of Lubriderm unscented lotion a few times a day with usually rewrapping it the first night before bed. Well I haven’t had to deal with child birth just yet and I honestly didn’t think I had the pain tolerance I do til I started getting tattoos

I could easily sit there all day and get my skin pricked with needles over and over again. I’m a girl with plenty of work and have NEVER taken any sort of pain medications when I go to get tattooed. Afterwards is another story but even then I rarely need that. Like others have said, Man up and do it clean.

Yea it sucks that I had to do it so far out but I’m trying to do the work on weekends where I’m off work, it’s easier when you don’t have to worry about taking care of it at work that’s for sure

Finally figured out what I want for my inner arm and my artist is pretty excited about it. I get to see what his idea is this week but my appointment isn’t until April 19th. I’m excited, it’s going to work so well with this piece 🙂

I actually have quite a few ideas written down that have nothing to do the other skull. No fairys though, I like them but im not really into them being incorporated into my tattoo. Thanks for the idea though 🙂

There will be color added and things like that. The area that is shaded on the top is actually the opening in the skulls head that the butterflies are coming out of.
