I had some what the same issue when I had both of mine done for at least six months after. Sore, tender to the touch, and puss. Lots of puss. I kept the captive bead rings in and about twice a day I would use a q-tip and put bactracin on the rings and turn them back and forth so it would work it’s way into the “wound”. The bactracin would help stave off any infection without excellerating any healing. You may want to give that a try and see if it helps any along with the typical daily cleaning. If it doesn’t, defanitly see a doctor. Money is just money, you can make more later. A nipple won’t grow back. Or worse it could draw a staff infection, and those don’t all ways end well.

Have you looked into micro-dermal peircings? They are a touch more expensive, usually by ten dollars or so, and are defanitly different. My wife has one near her right eye that adds just a little extra sparkel to her smile. They embed under the skin and there are many different types of tips you could acessorise with. The only down side is that to remove it you have to go to a doctor and have it cut out. As far as the eye brow goes, if it is done correctly it would not interfere with your vision, but placement is key. Also, be sure to keep up with the proper cleaning regiment during the healing process or you stand a good chance of a major infection, or worse. I learned from experience and it nearly cost me. Another thing to consider is your age. Think about where you want to be ten or twenty years from now before making a permanent alteration to not only your body but your face. Again, speaking from experience here. I wish you the best of luck with your decision. If you have any questions about the micro-dermals let me know. I spent months and months and months researching them.

From the stand point of a fat guy, that’s a tuffy. I honestly think your best bet would be to talk with the artist at the shop you plan to have your work done at and get their opinion. I’ve gained and lost weight for years and mine all seemed to stay consistent with the exception of my ring finger tattoo. That thing looks a hot mess. Best of luck to ya!

Busy busy busy weekend…… Sorry I’ve been slow getting back.

There truly is nothing like racing. Too me, there’s no greater feeling then driving over 100 miles an hour sideways in the dirt just inches from disaster.
I have 4 tattoos right now. I have my wifes name on my back between my shoulders, my wedding ring on my left ring finger, the number 116 ( my first race car number) on my left shoulder, and a series of small circles and squres on my left wrist. I got a new machine and had to make sure it worked.

I raced dirt sportsman cars mainly. I spent two years in a U.M.P. Dirt latemodel, two years in NASCAR B-mods, bombers, and street stocks. I even spent a summer racing the Summer Nationals…….. 28 races in 30 days.. Gave it all up to go sprint car racing and run with the world of outlaws and had a child instead. Best thing I ever did!
