Is it normal for your tattoo to have some smudging? The outlines on my armband are a little smudged, mostly on the underside of my arm where it rests when I’m sleeping or doing other things. Just wanted to check; I’m still new enough to tattoos to worry constantly about how it’s going to come out looking. I got it about…[Read more] -

Hi, I just got my first tattoo Friday, March 12th. I can provide a picture from a few days after I got it, but nothing newer yet….This was the best we could get at the time. It continues to curve around my calf a little bit.
In it’s entirety it says: Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and…[Read more] -

I got this tattoo a week ago, and it is starting to scab pretty badly. I’m not picking or scratching it or anything, and haven’t soaked it. It’s on my shoulder and I have used Palmers Coco butter as reccomended by my Artist. I’m just worried that the tattoo will start to peel off along with the scabs. The first piece I had…[Read more] -

I went to Elm Street Tattoo (they couldn’t have been nicer to me, seriously) two days ago and had Bubba fix the blow out. He did a better job than I even had imagined the tattoo ever looking. He shaded in the hands with black, made the arrows…[Read more]

Well, some ink did come off when I came home and washed it a little while ago. The lines are starting to shape up a little bit too.
After it heals, I am definitely going to get it shaded, regardless of if its blown out or not. I want to get white in the background of the shield, and some major detailing on the hands.
Hopefully it isn’t blown…[Read more]

I went to see the artist who did my tattoo today.
When I got the tattoo on my left foot, my artist told me to put a layer of A +D on it 3 times a day. I did that, and that tattoo looks great.
The artist who did my new tattoo, on my right foot, told me to put a thin layer of Aquafore (specifically not A +D, only Aquafore) on the tattoo daily.…[Read more]
