Nice Busa, I was looking at buying a BKing but they’re even bigger than the Busa.
So MrChen, I rode the Ninja 1000 today and it was a nice bike. Plenty of power in the midrange so you don’t have to rev the guts out of it to get going, good on the highway. Corners nicely considering the weight. More upright riding position than a ZX10R. Couple things I didn’t like was the seat buzz/vibration at around 5k revs and the rattling of the front fairing when gunning the engine. May just be the test bike I rode but Kawa’s are known for that.
Bought the Triumph today is it was cheaper, more enjoyable to ride, louder and sexier (but a few years older).

i’m on the missus’ laptop and i’ve no pics but i’ve had shedloads of cars and bikes.
my favourite cars were my bmw 316, bmw 520, mini (old, proper one), and my oober reliable nissan sunny. All old, with no mods, just solid classy cars. I have a thing for older jap cars though, one day i’ll have a datsun 120y or 240z, or a MK1 escort has always been high on the list too
among the long line of various shitheat bikes, I liked my 96′ blade and 99′ hornet, but my favourite was my old Kwaka GT550 that i chopped up a bit, side mounted number plate, cut the arse off, painted it black with a brush, rat!
not into shiny posy things, if it works and has character, i’m in.
Nice, I like the triumph, always been a fan of their naked bikes. OI appreciaqte your input on the Kawi, i will ride one first chance I get…………Im a little concerned too my normal passenger (my 10 year old son) may not like the riding position……………….he enjoys the bandi and the boulevard, the Nija is alot more sportbike like….but I need that power,
I’ve been riding motorcycles for about 35 years and as of about 3 years ago I became a Harley Davidson owner. I will never ride anything else. My days on those uncomfortable speed bikes are long over, I’m now more into the laid back cruising aspect of riding and Im enjoying riding again more than I have in a long time.
