im really sorry you both feel that way about ur tattoos, you have to remember tho u see them everyday your gonna pick out faults and bits that aren’t quite right cos ur really studying it other ppl wont see it the way you are doing because they wont spend ages staring at it and examining every line so they might not be quite as bad as you think 🙂

i suggest your browse around cos no matter how many things ppl suggest you are the one who has it for the rest of your life, look in your tattooist as well they will have llots of things for you to look at and can help you decide what you want

strapless bra, you should not have tight things such as bra straps against healing tattoos as you could rub some scabbin or new skin off and it will affect how it looks when its healed you may get white or faded patches in the design

it can be bad for your tattoo, just follow the instructions and dont pick or scratch it and it should be fine:)

your tattoo will change with weight gain or loss but if it is only a little then its not a big deal but if you put on alot of weight it would look quite stretched and depending where it is may get stretch marks through it so avoid soft skin areas they are more likely to produce stretch marks but like i said if its only a little it wont make much if any difference, everyone changes over time but your tat shouldnt change much so as long as your not planning on becoming massive i shouldn’t worry

the way i have been told it is best to look after a tattoo is this

wash it 3 times a day in a mild soap such as dove from the day you get it done

after a few days usually or maybe even one it will start feeling tight so after you wash it also moisturise it with a good non greesy moisturiser such as vasaline intensive care moisturiser

do this until the tattoo is healed about 3/4 weeks but continue to moisturise daily to keep your tat in the best condition

it wont scab it will peel alot all of a sudden but obviously dont pick it off or itch it

it may be that you peeled off some of the scab or you caught it and it pulled off cos the effect you have is what happens when u peel off scabed tattoos, and also the above comment is correct alot of ppl on this site talk about scabs but your tattoo shouldnt really scab just flake like they said all you can do is go back for a touch up 🙂

hey it doesnt really matter what other ppl think of what you like as long as you love it because you are the one who will have it for the rest of your life not them 🙂 the placing really depends on where you are comfortable having it and price as has been said depends on where you go £60 an hour is about average
