Thanks for your opinions.. How much would a tattoo artist charge to fill in the pool ball, touch up some spots as well as make it look less dull?

The flames are supposed to be red. The artist told me that the pink would change to red but I am not too sure that’s going to happen. I also noticed that part of the outline is missing too. When should I go for a touch up?

I started using A and D ointment for the first 4 days, usually 3-4 times a day and I also used a very thin layer as I heard it is not good to put alot.

This morning I have switched to Eucerim Plus Intensive Repair Fragrance Free Lotion. How much times a day should I put the lotion? I think I will go for a touchup after it looks healed.
