i actually like it , looks like a standard rough outline to me .
many artist i know do an outline like this and then neaten it up on the last session after colouring / shading etc

all tattoos fade a bit but sun lotion does help the sun from fading them .

any decent artist i know wouldnt tattoo anyones face or hands unless the person is heavily tattooed and 100% sure

the only problem with having a cover up there
is that the tattoo to cover it up will be quite large for a tattoo that is always on show , will you have any problems with work or finding work once you have a larger tattoo done on the back of your neck?
