I’d just find a good artist and do a sleeve with a cover up.

just coloring the whole inside? at a tattoo shop ofcourse

Choose friends and yours friends cousins…..wisely
It can be fixed in many, many ways. I know this will sound funny but if you fill your arm with 10 more stars just like it…. people will think Picasso did it! he’s dead of course

Just get it filled in yellow with some glasses and a big smile. Change it to make it look cartoony or something

Fresh ink he does not want so i don’t think he cares what it will do to it especially when all it will do is lighten it for a better cover. What did you offer? Nothing but a sarcastic answer with no merit. Now you offer your infinite wisdom to me.LOL. You can keep it.

Not too difficult a cover up bro. (That is as long as you go to a competent artist.) and remember if you go to a tattooist and they try to tell you (Really on most cover-ups) that you have to use Tribal, or an all black design, chances are they are not good enough to be doing coverups, just keep that in mind bro. Anyone that uses that as a cop-out just doesn’t have the ability to be doing coverups. You should be able to find a piece that you like for the cover-up (Given that it will work, and there are many that will work if you have what it takes) Just find a competent local artist, and try to remember that the cost should ALWAYS be 2nd. remember these are for life and good tattoos aren’t cheap (Especially coverups)
