well after a few months of waiting, got in for my first session on my half sleeve. got a lot of work done for one day, finished all the black/grey for this part, gonna go in in a few weeks and get the color done. turning out pretty good so far 😎 cant wait for the color, its gonna look great when this part is finished.
yea, its going to be full color, thats just all the linework and shading, the colors are gonna look awesome, i’d scan in the drawing if i had a scanner. but the clouds are gonna have some yellows and purples, the sun is gonna be all yellow/orange, red stripes goin on the lighhouse, blue/green waves… its gonna be awesome when its finished. i’ll definitly post up some higher quality pics once it’s healed this is just a “heres what i did today” sort of thing.
then from there were gonna do poseidon on the inside of my arm, kinda like, rising out of the sea, and over my shoulder a ship being attacked by a giant squid. once its all tied together it’s gonna be awesome 😎 got it all drawn out.
Hey all! quick update, got my lighthouse finished up today. came out pretty badass if i do say so myself, the color choices wound up awesome. these pics arent the greatest, little bit fuzzy and all, but i’ll post a couple more up when its all healed 😀 next up on the other side of my arm: poseidon, rising out of the deep, looking evil as hell, ready to stab someone with his trident. cant wait 😎
thanks man. yea, thats the sun setting behind it. its uneven when i have my arm down, but when i bring it up it looks even. i noticed that myself, its just the angle it was done at. when i bring up my arm, and rotate it, the position he was tattooing it, it evens out ha. no biggie tho, it turned out awesome
