Bristol chippy boss speaks out against troll

A chip shop boss in Bristol, UK, who received a 1 star Trip Advisor review from a customer who was served by a tattooed member of staff has responded. The customer at the Fenham Fish Bar left a review stating that tattoos were ‘not the best look to front your business’ and also referred to staff members as ‘low grade’. LeBron James’ tattoo artist makes law suit progress

Jimmy Hayden, a tattoo artist who inked up the basketball star LeBron James and others, has made progress in his lawsuit against game makers Take Two Interactive, who made the ‘NBA 2K’ video game. Hayden claimed in the lawsuit that the game had infringed copyright and included tattoos on computer-generated versions of James, Tristan Thompson and Danny Green without his permission. Judge Christopher Boyd ruled that Hayden could seek statutory damages regarding copyright violations but only to ‘NBA 2K17’ and ‘NBA 2K18’, since Hayden registered the trademarks for the tattoos in 2016 but the 2016 version was released the year before.
