My only tattoo is my sleeve. Most of the arm was uncomfortable, but not painful. The inside of the bicep, and inside of the elbow, however, hurt a lot. I’m getting the shading on those parts done next week, as well, which I don’t imagine will be the most pleasant experience.

It may well be where you’ve just been tattooed and the skin is still bruised/slightly bloody.

I believe it’s illegal to tattoo someone under the age of 18, in the UK at least
