When I expalined what I wanted the book for, the girl very kindly pointed to shelf below about tattoos,, along side books on Banksy and street art. I can pick up a leasst 3 differnt tat mags from my local Smiths. Womams Weekly and Company aren&#8217;t really inspirational.</p>

I kept putting myself in the future, with my tattoos.<br />
My last one was 3 and a half hours on the my back and it hurt most iat the lower ribs and sacrum (pelvic girdle).</p>

I was never ate lots of cheese, and hated the white of eggs as a kid, so going vegan wasn&#8217;t too bad. Knowing you ingrediants on the sides of food packets &#8211; you soon learn what id vegan and what is not.</p>
<p>And there is plenty of vegan chocolate aound!!</p>

<p>god, I wish I&#8217;d been there.  That undergrade knows JACK SHIT!! Do he know how loong it can take to get a tat done. Book the consultation&#8230;wait 2 months to see the artist&#8230;&#8230;then maybe another 2 monts before you actully get inked. Yeah suicidal&#8230;..that is a long slow death. <p>I remeber several years ago, see an article in a UK newspaper where a young boy, about 6-7 years old had several small tattoos up both his forearms. His dad did them for him, becuase the little boy wanted them. Didn&#8217;t go down to well with the school authorities. Anyway, he took a 4 hour drive from the place he was staying in to see the &#8216;Miami Ink&#8217; shop&#8230;..what a dissapointment&#8230;.not one of the artists we see on the screen was there and the prices where astonomical.</p>
<p>When the cameras are gone&#8230;..so are the &#8216;stars&#8217;&#8230;.</p>

My most recent (11th)  was 3 hours, outline burnt like hell but thankully we plugged my Ipod into the sound system..listenin got my own tunes really gave my mind to focus on.</p>

And  as I&#8217;m blessed with a pale Irish complexion, I always use a sun block on my visible tattoos when ventruing out in the UVA. (taking on board the advise you have had with reagards to healing).</p>
