It requires pretty deep scars before that happens. I have some that go into the bone of my leg, and they are slightly shiny and wrinkly. So no. It should heal up fine, but it may take a while.
Yes, the spots.

It IS a scar. But scars heal. Know when you scrape your knees? Only the really really deep ones leave scars forever. The ones who barely remove skin? No, they heal.
Some tattoos take MONTHS to heal properly, that’s just how it is. All you can do is wait, but it will heal.

Thank you so much for your feedback…my anxiety has dropped!

The blown parts are what they are…and the spots that need touch ups at least that can be addressed…

It was a pretty rough heal but being my first I was worried that something went really wrong!

Thanks again

Well… Sort of normal. That didn’t heal very well. I can already see places it’s blown out, and judging by your amount of scar tissue, there is a chance it’s been tattooed too deeply. But impossible to know until it heals properly. All the loss of color is bad too.
Like, it’s not an emergency and you just need to let it heal completely, but I’d say see another artist for the touch up it’s gonna need.

Is there a chance the skin never fully heals and remains looking shiny and wrinkly for ever?

When you say loss of color are you referring to the spots that are missing ink or overall?

My main concern at this point is how my skin looks over the entirety of the tattoo…it looks like a big inked scar and I’m worried the skin like some scars will remain scar tissue forever!

Are you sure?

Normal…that’s what I thought but wasn’t sure!

It says “One life” in Sanskrit.

I’m I sure of what?

So many options/opinions when it comes to aftercare! It can be overwhelming!
