I think this is a bad idea. Work with scar is very hard and even just the image is applied differently and harder. And it will healed badly than tattoo on clean skin usually.

I will make tattoo on shoulder with two portraits and sleeve with skydive thems. And for this tattoo i must travelling on another part of country)) and will make it summer.
And also make coer up of bad tattoo on calf and and continue tattoo with bird on edge (agh, it hurts) and join it with tattoo on femur. It’s take a long time %)

It’s normal to go far away to do a sleeve by good tattooartist. Tattoo will be on your skin all time in your live. It doesn’t so difficult to divide work with skeeve on several session.
