Hello!
I haven’t had any tattoos yet and this would be my first one, but i’m having some trouble. I have a sketch of what i want, but i’m not sure where i should put it, i was thinking maybe the back of my calf but i’m not sure…:confused: Any feedback would be much appreciated.
p.s. I’m new to the site, just so you know! 🙂

Hi

The design is very nice although it needs more detail within the wings which i am sure the artist can add.

It depends on the size of your calf really – if you have very thin legs I would suggest somewhere with a broader area but if your calf is quite big it will fit on very well.

You need a fair amount of space so you do not lose or crowd the details.

Thanks, and yeah that was the problem that i saw with the sketch, but hopefully the artist can fix it like you said, and i have decently sized calves, but idk if there is another place to put it maybe?

There is always your chest or thigh.

However if the artist is drawing it up they will shape it to fit your calf and a decent sized calf will hold the tattoo very well.

Post up when you get it done.
