My turn to ask in this subforum. 😀

It’s day 5 for my tattoo now, and I’ve been cleaning it 3-4 times a day with babysoap and lotion on it.
The first 2 days I might have put on lotion right after cleaning, not letting the skin breathe, so I’ve quit
doing that, and instead letting it breath for 30 min+ before applying.

Whenever washing or applying lotion, it seems like dead skin (small bits) is going off. Are these the scabs people are talking about? I’m not sure since I only got the lining and not any big spots with color or anything.
How long is it usual for this to ‘peel’ / ‘drop’ of my skin?

It’s normal, let the stuff fall off naturally. Doesn’t sound like scabs but just part of the normal sheddingof the dead skin as new skin takes over. Usually takes a few days to a week but everyone’s different.

Sounds bad man maybe you should see a doctor.

No sounds pretty normal. Just sounds like its peeling. It should be about done with that. Scabs are scbas wich are hard blood/plasma clots.
