Hi, I got a tattoo about 3 weeks ago (my son’s name on the inside of my arm), half of the tattoo looks healed and the other half of his name looks dry and and there is still some scabs on it, it also dry around the outside of the letters. Is this normal for part of a tattoo to heal faster than the rest, how long should it take to heal? Thanks in advance for your help.
