The guy’s name is Ser (Ser Vicious) from Jersey. He used to be at starlight but now he’s in Patterson.

Hi and welcome
Looking forward to seeing your ink.

The best part I found about NY when I visited was the tattoo studios – it was great.

Mathew – can you believe that Tattooing was still illegal in NYC until the mid 90’s?

The day after they made it legal again there were like 100 new shops popping up

LOL

Yeah I found that some mad legislation I was chatting with artists who would say well been ‘open’ for 7 years but been tattooing 20 you know how it is…

I always say that legalisation means that it can be backed by better legislation and checks.

I am hoping to visit again next year so I can see some of my extended family.

Take Care
Matthew

Most of the guys I know said it was the opposite

Before the ban was lifted those who tattooed were serious and “had to do it” the occasional $50 fine was no biggie

The legislation was a very simple multiple choice test than even a nimwit could pass – so the next day there were like 100 million kids waving a certificate saying they were “official”

For awhile it was hard to tell good shops from bad but thankfully now it has pretty much leveled out and the get rich quick people have moved on to the next gold rush

What a name for a tattoo shop, I hope I’m not the only one who gets this!

I Know one of the owners some what and believe me he “gets it”

All i can think of is that episode of south park where Cartman jacks off the dog “red rocket red rocket”
