Looks pretty good so far, lady heads are often hit or miss but I like this one. I agree with mrchen about the tattoos on her arm, I might have omitted them myself. And I can’t tell but her left hand/finger spacing looks off to me.

I like the details so I would have kept them in. Over time, tattoos fade, become muddied, etc. regardless. I actually seek out artists who are capable of intricate details. Anyway, the tat looks pretty clean overall, though that ring finger does look deformed.
