I have eight tattoos and my most recent one has been about a month and a half and still is swollen and scabbing. It gets red around it sometimes and doesn’t itch. My tattoo artist told me about 3 weeks ago to dry it out and it will settle. Well I am freaked about how I been drying it out since then and still little change. Sensitive when you touch it. What I am worried about is the amount of time it is taking to heal. Never had any other problems and I have one on my hand that healed within a month. Should I be worried or is it normal?
