Yes Cecil’s shit is great. There is a lot of simply amazing artists out there. This is why I think your fucking nuts to devote yourself to your tattoo shop that turns out borderline stuff. Expand your horizons man you can get a first rate tattoo also.

yeah cecil is amazing. he looks intimidating as fuck (used to be a power lifter) but is one cool dude. i havent had another session with him yet as i been busy with other projects but i will soon enough. here is another amazing piece from cecil:
