First off, neck tattoos are..well…unless you are rich or a convict, I’d stay away from them. Besides, this design will not look good small(which it would have to be, unless your neck is as wide and long as your back). This design is meant to be on the back because of its size. A mini-me version on the neck won’t look as good.
