With my limited imagination, this looks like a challenge because of the placement; I’d worry about making it look crowded. Perhaps a vine, or more roses swooping below the quote.

I’d say to leave the text and roses separate but to make the roses a larger piece going up your shoulder and into your arm. I think if you tried to combine the two together it would look a bit too forced. You could always approach your artist though and see if they think they could come up with something.
