What you are referring to as &#8220;guide lines&#8221; is blood lining and you don&#8217;t blood line a tattoo to come back to it after it heals. Your tattoo looks jacked up, could have been the ink could have been the needles could have been the artist.</p>

<p>Aquaphor has the Panthenol but doesn&#8217;t use plant or animal based oils, they can clog pores leading to a break out and potentially an infection. I&#8217;d hate to see what would happen to a person with a tree nut allergy who used Bepanthen.</p>

Your artist should have thought ahead for you and made adequate space between those lines. The blown out lines can be sculpted. At least the rings are fairly concentric.</p>
