In my opinion it’s ugly and tacky and your gf is probably only telling you she likes it because she doesn’t want to upset you.

As said before, if you’re not sure about the design then don’t do it and especially not on your neck! Neck is the worst place to get one as it hinders where you can work and they look ugly and chavvy.

I have a full back piece and didn’t have anyone to rub cream on it at any time and you realise how flexible you can be when you have to be!
Shoulderblades aren’t too hard to reach just use the opposite hand to shoulder (right to left, left to right). You’ll be ok it’s just awkward more than anything else

That sounds pretty normal and that the ink isn’t fully in the skin maybe?
Are you using some sort of cream on it? I use Bepanthem nappy rash cream and this keeps the tattoo moisturised and helps it heal.
I’d say give it about 3 weeks and keep cleaning it and moisturising it then go back to the tattooist who did it and show them it. They’ll be able…[Read more]

I was hoping they’d heal enough so I could swap them for clear bars but I ended up realising that that wasn’t possible 😛

I’m just using salt water or antiseptic spray on it and they look so much better than they did 2 days ago or even yesterday!

It’s all dependent on where abouts you think it will look good. best thing to do would be to print it off and pop it on various parts of your body and look in the mirror or take a photo to see what it’ll look like. I’d suggest trying your chest or hip. Hope this helps

That’s exactly what I’m trying to say. Not every tattoo has to have a deep and powderful meaning behind it as long as it means something to you. The latest one you got Adler, it means something to you whatever way you look at it. Mine at the moment don’t have a deep meaning but they symbolise something to me.

To do with the pain thing-get some numbing cream from Sainsbury’s. It’s called Ametop and it’s a local anaesthetic and will dull the pain for a while. It does depend on how perceptible to pain. Have you had any piercings before on places like the tragus?
