<p>I would like a gothic dragon as a sleeve. I&#8217;d like the head on the top of my shoulder/chest area and snaking around my arm with the tail stopping on the tip of my wrist. I don&#8217;t want a chinese-looking dragon but like a traditional gothic one.</p>

<p>As said before, if you&#8217;re not sure about the design then don&#8217;t do it and especially not on your neck! Neck is the worst place to get one as it hinders where you can work and they look ugly and chavvy.</p>

Are you using some sort of cream on it? I use Bepanthem nappy rash cream and this keeps the tattoo moisturised and helps it heal.<br />
I&#8217;d say give it about 3 weeks and keep cleaning it and moisturising it then go back to the tattooist who did it and show them it. I heard after I had it done that having it done with a gun can shatter the cartilidge or cause the piercing to migrate more but mine seems fine. Saying that, I had alot of problems with infections in the first year of me having it but it seems fine now 😀<br />

It&#8217;s called Ametop and it&#8217;s a local anaesthetic and will dull the pain for a while. It does depend on how perceptible to pain.
