Kat is quite tall and she would be considered plus sized (no she is not fat… but due to her height she needs a larger size). I am unsure of her perportions. I think there was mention at one point in one of the episodes about Pixie having some surgery at one point… but I dont remember what it was (not the episode about the tonsils… it was another episode and the reference to her scar was a bit obscure).
