HELP!!!

I got this tattoo done about 8 days ago, 3/4 days ago I noticed this slightly cloudy edge to some sections of it.

The artist and the shop said its totally normal and part of the healing and will go once its fully healed. However, after all I seem to be reading about is tattoo blowouts I’m slightly worried.

Any ideas what it is ?
