I have always heard that A & D is the best so that’s what I would go with. It’s like neosporin but better. I am not sure about the lotion though. I would say probably not because it doesn’t have anything in it to help it heal. It is only going to moisturize.
Yeah the scab just heals, i had to wear some dressing for a couple hours, then i got to take it off. your tattoo will be ok, just dont pick at it. it’ll fade if your in the sun a lot too…so be careful…put some unscented lotion on it, it’ll be ok
