You can always use more of that smokey swirly stuff below your Medusa to fill gaps if it came to it, your tattoo artist can help you with that.

I didn’t have a belt I wasn’t saggin to take a pic and look cool. but yeah i realize that but it’s only a half sleeve and medusa takes up 60% of the room I know what i want I just don’t know how it would work, ill just ask my tattoo artistt in 2 weeks.
