I let it heal like normal and the only problem was there were some serious holes in the ink. Just went back to the shop the next time I was home and got it touched up. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I personally wouldn&#8217;t use it if there&#8217;s even a tiny case it can mess up the final piece. That being said I&#8217;ve also never heard of the cream either so I really can&#8217;t give an answer without being biased.</p>
<p>The pain associated with getting a rib tat is definitely bearable, but yes you will feel it more than the others.<br />

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As far as pain goes, you&#8217;re going to feel it. Specially in that area now how much it hurts is completely dependent on the pain tolerance of the one being tattooed and how heavy the hand of the artist is.</p>

The pain in it though is definitely bearable though, only time it got to me was when I was finishing shading at the end of a 3 hour sit.
