Paying the quoted price is all that is needed. A tip is great if you can afford it. If you keep going back to the same artist it will all work out over time. The 2 hour – 6 hour discrepancy is a wide one, but sometimes that is what it takes to get it right. Just do not book the same artist if you have a tight schedule or are about to catch a plane lol

Let the tattoo completely heal before you worry about what is left after the tattoo’s healing, there is nothing you can do once the process is underway anyway. My bet is that when the sheets stuck to your tattoo, it tore a bunch of your skin off the top and your setback in healing time because of it. Simple cause and effect. You are not describing signs of an infection which is good. You could get some fresh aloe vera on it to speed up the healing.
