A good key word would be &#8220;harajuku girl.&#8221; It&#8217;s sort of the style&#8230; Usually anime is a little more detailed than this. You could call this more manga artwork. Your artist won&#8217;t have to be an enthusiast to draw this style. It&#8217;s not very difficult, just very unique and stylized. Hope that helps.</p>
