<p>since she has been using more organic cleaners, she has not had a problem with eczema&#8230;</p>

Alot of times blow outs can be cause by the artist doin the outline at too much of an angle&#8230;  wait till it heals all the way, there is nothing to be done now anyway&#8230; then see what it looks like after it is healed</p>
