I’m looking for any professional, licensed artists who do hand-tap, needle-and-thread, or any other style of non-mechanical tattooing. I live in Jacksonville, FL, but I am will to travel a bit. Generally, anywhere through Florida, Eastern GA, and Southern SC is fair game.

I have tattoos already, and have had scarification done, so the pain is no issue. I am not familiar with the proper names for these styles and am having a hell of a time trying to look it up on my own. Thanks for the help!
