I’m looking for an artist in New York City. I’m trying to create a Half Sleeve around a based tattoo I got. The only place I’ve been too for my two tattoos have me a few ideas for themes but aside from those not much else and I would love to get more opinions and ideas for it from other artists specializing in custom freehand drawing etc. Etc.
