I was wondering if anyone knows how light I will need to get a tribal I want covered before I can have some nice black and grey stuff put in its place? Its a tribal sleeve-ish-thing that was done at some random studio that caters to irresponsible G.I.s in Germany and has really started to look like shit lately and I’d like to cover it with something meaningful and well thought out.
