I have some question regarding how best to have a cover up done, see below the mistake i made 10 years ago picking off a board in the tattoo shop…

I would like to cover with something similar to below but understand there may not be enough darkness centrally to cover the current tribal splodge!

Can anyone help or point me in the direction of someone in Hampshire UK that can? can you have laser removal and tattoo over?
