I got this lower back tattoo 15 years ago when I was 18 and on a budget. It’s embarrassing and small (5×2) and now tramp stamps have ruined the lower back tattoo. I want to add onto it to make it cool and less trampy. I was thinking something like a cool tree or something that would run up my back a bit. But I’d love some advice from others. It’s my only tattoo and I want it to be at least a little cool!

If you want to go big, a member called ChewyTart has a beautiful back tattoo that might give you some ideas. I’m not suggesting you copy it, but its worth having a look at her album.

a femine tree has become fairly common, but it is a good piece that can be done many ways, Ive seen some great looking pieces,
you have tons of options as this piece will cover pretty easy, good luck
