I wouldn’t recommend it. The tattoo will not heal well and most likely have some heavier then normal scabbing.

Thanks for the response. I had one tattoo artist tell me it was fine and another tell me that the ink may not set properly, and in Google searches the opinions were all over the place, so that’s why I came here. The design is small but detailed, so I think I’ll wait until I’m healed from the shoulder injury and off the meds.
